Columbus, Neb. – On-going renovation and expansion of Nebraska Public Power District’s Board of Directors meeting room means that the August 9 monthly Board meeting will not be live streamed. The meeting will be held at the Ramada Inn, located at 265 33rd Avenue in Columbus.
Renovation of the Board room, being expanded to allow for additional seating for the public, began after the June meeting and work continues to complete the changes.
Due to the technologies used and installed at NPPD’s headquarters in Columbus, live streaming of the Board meeting from the Ramada Inn will not be available for this meeting.
Starting time of the meeting and scheduled time for public comment will be posted at http://www.nppd.com/about-us/board-of-directors/meetings approximately seven days prior to the Board meeting.
