Since 2002, NPPD’s Pennies for Power program has helped retail customers facing financial hardships with temporary assistance toward their electric bill. The Dollar Energy Fund oversees the program, which is funded by contributions made by teammates and retail customers. The program supports an average of 262 customers each year.
