Reputation survey opens in May

Beginning in May, NPPD will launch its tenth annual Reputation Research Survey. This quick survey gives customers the opportunity to share their perspectives on how we’re doing and helps us better understand how NPPD is viewed across the communities we serve. Your feedback plays an important role in shaping our direction and ensuring we continue to deliver reliable, responsive service as your electric utility provider.

Surveys will be distributed by email or phone through The MSR Group, using the email address survey@msrgroupsurvey.com. Invitations will be sent in waves throughout May, and participants will have until June 1 to complete the survey.

Results will be shared with stakeholders later this summer during an upcoming board of directors meeting.
