Choose from a variety of payment methods designed to make paying your bill simple, secure, and convenient.

Pay Online

Automatic Bank Withdrawal

Relax knowing your bill will be paid on time each month when you set up automatic payments. Your monthly bill will automatically be withdrawn from your checking or savings account.

One-Time Bank Draft

Submit a one-time payment online using your checking or savings account.

Credit Card

Make a fast one-time credit or debit card payment through a third party Bill Pay Service provider. The Bill Pay Service provider will charge a convenience fee for use of their service. 

Residential Accounts

$2.59 per transaction. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.

Non-Residential / Business Accounts

2.35% of the total amount of transaction. MasterCard and Discover accepted.

By Phone

Call us at 877-275-6773. You will need your NPPD account number or phone number, your 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) and card or bank information.

If you don't have your NPPD account number or do not have a 4-digit PIN set up on your account, contact us at 1-877-ASK-NPPD (275-6773) and choose option 3 to speak with a customer service specialist.

Submitting payment for an amount less than your full balance on or after the due date is NOT considered a payment arrangement with NPPD. We do not accept post-dated checks or checks marked 'paid in full.' Your account may be subject to any applicable late fees and/or termination of your electric service in accordance with any applicable Disconnection Notice on your NPPD statement.
