Tree Line USA

Nebraska Public Power District is a member in good standing of the Tree Line USA® program.

The Tree Line USA® program is sponsored by The National Arbor Day Foundation™ in cooperation with the National Association of State Foresters and recognizes public and private utilities across the nation who demonstrate practices that protect and enhance America’s urban and rural trees.

The dual task of keeping trees healthy and beautiful and providing safe and reliable electric service is an important part of Nebraska Public Power District’s continuous quality tree care practices. We adhere to trimming methods set forth by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A300 Standard Practices for Trees, Shrubs, and Other Woody Plant Maintenance. This standard is endorsed by the International Society of Arboriculture, the National Arbor Day Foundation and the National Arborist Association.

It’s another way we’re Always there when you need us.
