Automatic Bill Payment (login required)


NPPD offers a simple and convenient way to have your monthly bill automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on a recurring basis. This option ensures your bill is paid on its due date. You’ll save yourself the trouble of remembering to write a check to pay your bill each month and the postage to mail it. This service is Free of Charge.

One-Time Bank Draft (login required)

NPPD is now offering a flexible way for you to manage the payment of your electric bill online. With completion of enrollment in the NPPD Bill Pay System, you are able to submit an online payment using your checking or savings account for the amount that works for you. This service is Free of Charge.

Please note: Submitting a payment for an amount less than your full balance on or after the due date of your NPPD bill is NOT considered a payment arrangement with NPPD. Your account may be subject to any applicable late fees and/or termination of your electric service in accordance with any applicable Disconnection Notice on your NPPD billing statement.

One-time Credit Card Quick Pay


You can make a fast one-time credit or debit card payment without having to remember a Userid and password. We continue to offer our customers the ability to submit a one-time credit or debit card payment online through a third party Bill Pay Service provider. The Bill Pay Service provider will charge a convenience fee for use of their service.

  • Residential accounts will be assessed $2.99 per transaction for use of this service. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
  • Business accounts will be assessed 2.4% of the total amount of the transaction. To stay compliant with credit card company regulations, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

ATTENTION – To our Credit and/or Debit Card paying customers: if there are not valid funds available to you from your financial institution or credit card provider to cover the amount of your bill AND the applicable convenience fee your FULL payment will be declined.

Other Payment Options

By Phone

Use NPPD’s automated phone system to pay by credit or debit card (convenience fees apply) or through your checking or savings account at no charge by dialing 866-464-6213. You will need your NPPD account number, card or bank information, and service zip code.

If you don’t have your NPPD account number, please contact 1-877-ASK-NPPD (275-6773) to speak with a Specialist.  You can also set up a four-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) with a Specialist, which will give you access to your account number, balance and payment information.
