Ed Wagner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and brings a wealth of experience in transmission, distribution, and customer service to the executive position of Vice President, Customer Services and Delivery. Wagner oversees NPPD's customer relations, economic development, planning, construction, and operation of NPPD's transmission, distribution, and control center functions, as well as its transmission regulatory activities. A former NPPD employee with more than 35 years of experience in the electric utility industry, Wagner's previous positions at NPPD include that of Transmission and Distribution Construction Manager, Operations Services Manager, and Customer Sales & Services Manager. Prior to returning to NPPD, Wagner worked for Quanta Services Inc., a specialized utility construction contractor, as Manager of Market Development.
