Full-Time Employee Benefits

Fringe benefits equal approximately 40 percentage of an employee's salary.

  • Vacation - Employees accrue 1/12 of their vacation each month. Accrual is based on years of service with 80 hours per year during the first 5 years of employment. There is no waiting period to use vacation. Up to two times the current annual vacation can be accumulated.

Part-Time Employee Benefits

To be eligible for part-time employee benefits, the average hours worked will equal 20 or more per week.

  • Vacation - Employees accrue 1/12 of their vacation each month. Accrual is based on years of service with 40 hours per year during the first 5 years of service. Up to two times the current annual vacation can be accumulated before forfeiting vacation. There is no waiting period to use vacation.
