The May meeting of the Board of Directors of Nebraska Public Power District will be held Thursday and Friday, May 8-9, 2008, in the Board Room at the Columbus General Office, 1414-15th Street, Columbus, Nebraska. The Board of Directors will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, for the purpose, among other things, of discussing strategic business matters. The meeting will continue on Friday, May 9, 2008, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Committee meetings of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008, in the Columbus General Office as follows:

Budget	Room 305, 8:30 a.m.
Nuclear	Board Room, 2:15 p.m.
Energy Supply	Board Room, immediately following Nuclear
Customer & Support Services	Room 305, immediately following Nuclear

It is possible that portions of the meetings on May 8-9, 2008, will be held in Executive Session. Agendas for these meetings are kept continuously current and are available for public inspection during business hours at the office of the Assistant Secretary at the Columbus General Office, Columbus, Nebraska.
