The March meeting of the Board of Directors of Nebraska Public Power District will be held Thursday and Friday, March 11-12, 2010, in the Board Room at the Columbus General Office, 1414-15th Street, Columbus, Nebraska. The Board of Directors will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, for the purpose, among other things, of discussing strategic business matters. The meeting will continue on Friday, March 12, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Committee meetings of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010, in the Columbus General Office as follows:

Budget	Room 305, 9:00 a.m.
Nuclear	Board Room, 1:00 p.m.
Energy Supply	Board Room, immediately following Nuclear
Customer & Support Services	Room 305, immediately following Nuclear

It is possible that portions of the meetings on March 11-12, 2010, will be held in Executive Session. Agendas for these meetings are kept continuously current and are available for public inspection during business hours at the office of the Assistant Secretary at the Columbus General Office, Columbus, Nebraska. The agenda for the regular meeting on Friday, March 12, 2010, includes, among other matters, consideration of establishment of a new Residential Pilot Program Critical Peak Pricing (CPP) Rate Schedule for customers participating in NPPD’s EnergyWiseSM Pricing Pilot, which rates are proposed to become effective for service provided on and after May 1, 2010.
